About the project, You will understand details of client’s data and Acxiom’s marketing capabilities to ensure clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data.
Your responsibilities, You will take ownership of complex tasks around email marketing campaigns., You will work in a team of skilled marketing automation professionals, creating, executing and measuring performance of marketing campaigns., You will have to work with HTML code of marketing emails ensuring high content quality., You will be preparing audience segments in campaign management platforms., You will manage heavily scripted dynamic emails, to automate content creation., You will provide analysis to support decision making process by measuring campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness., You will share your knowledge and expertise with other team members
Understanding of email marketing, Experience working in Adobe Campaign / Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO), Experience in using HTML + CSS to build emails, Experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe RTCDP (An AEP product stack), Adobe Target, Good knowledge of scripting languages: JavaScript, Good communication skills, Good spoken and written English (B1 level or higher)
Optional, Ability to write SQL queries, Experience working with API calls, Understanding of XML, json and other data structures, Experience with other marketing automation software, Experience with ETL tools
