We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Project Manager to join our international eCatholic team. Together, we are building a complex and innovative system that supports social and religious activities across the USA. Our team is tightly knit, and every day we feel the significance of the work we do. Currently, we are increasing the size of the Polish Team, which will result in an even greater responsibility and impact on the services provided.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering websites & branding for parishes at all stages – starting with gathering requirements, through overseeing development and QA, followed by client onboarding and ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of web projects, ensuring timely execution and delivering a “WOW” factor for clients, based on clearly defined steps and guidelines.
  • Project Scope: Manage & deliver projects of various scales for parishes across the US & catholic schools. Tasks include managing logo & website design as well as coordinating website development and manual testing using an in-house CMS system. Most projects are of a smaller size, some of which include website revamping & maintenance.
  • Direct Client Work: Engage directly with inspiring US clients, including Catholic parishes and their representatives, Catholic schools, and organizations involved in social activities. This is a customer-facing role with a lot of exposure and responsibility.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients from the moment of acquisition, through requirements gathering, and throughout the entire project to ensure everything is completed successfully.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, developers, and other parties involved at various stages of the projects.
  • Multiple Projects Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to varying workloads throughout the year.
  • Resource Management: Ensure optimal use of resources and effective task distribution.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables, including manual testing.

Key Competencies:

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing web projects and working with international clients.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manual Testing Skills: Ability and experience in manual website testing, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Willingness to work afternoon/evening hours to align with US time zones . The majority of the eCatholic team is Texas-based (CST), though designers & developers are based in Poland.
  • Web Design and Development Knowledge: Understanding of responsive web design principles and design standards.
  • Account Management Skills: Capability to accurately diagnose client needs and assemble the right resources to meet those needs.
  • Familiarity with Organizational Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Asana, or similar to manage tasks and projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Religious or Social Projects: Familiarity with the operations of the Catholic Church and interest in religious or social projects.
  • Culture Fit: Genuine understanding and commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
