Job Description
The Service Coordinator/SDM Specialist is responsible for the
- Close, professional cooperation with Service Owner and Service Coordinator colleagues
- Operational tasks around the services
- Supporting agent colleagues
- Coordinating and implementing USSH-wide tasks Efficient management of the Service Team
- Monitoring and improving processes and workflows
- Monitoring the results of the staff in the service
Qualifications
- Business fluent German and/or good written and spoken English (B2)
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceDesk organisation (USSH)
- High level of commitment and dedication, good organizational skills, ability to work independently and a structured way of working and strategic thinking
- High resilience, assertiveness and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel nationally
