- Experience as a ServiceNow Developer ( at least three years)
- Practical knowledge at ITSM as well as CSM part of ServiceNow
- Nice to have an experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- General knowledge in ServiceNow integration techniques
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
