Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Shopify Support Analyst to join our team and provide top-tier support to our growing list of eCommerce clients. Key Responsibilities Leverage 2+ years of experience in the Shopify ecosystem, including theme configuration and customization, data manipulation and mapping, and systems integrations. Apply knowledge of similar platforms such as Magento and BigCommerce to address a variety of client needs and challenges. Maintain a strong working knowledge of common third-party integrations with eCommerce stores, including EMM tools, product review platforms, payment gateways, and customer service tools. Clearly communicate complex requirements to the development team using your general knowledge of standard web languages (HTML, CSS, JS, Liquid). Utilize agile working principles with project teams to create backlogs, sprint plans, and release plans that prioritize efficiency and quality assurance. Manage projects to ensure they meet deadlines and client expectations while fostering continuous improvement. Conduct and/or manage exploratory QA and user testing to ensure requirements are met and systems function optimally, using issue tracking software such as JIRA. Qualifications Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required English Resume is required 2+ years of experience in the Shopify ecosystem or similar platforms (Magento, BigCommerce, etc.). Proficiency in third-party integrations for eCommerce stores. Cross-functional work experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Product Management, Project Management, Digital Agency, Business Consulting, Omnichannel Retail, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and Liquid for effective communication with the development team. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
