About the Role The Site Reliability Engineering team in CaptivateIQ operates horizontally across the engineering organization, supporting our development teams by providing them with the tools and processes they need to operate in a frictionless manner. We provide the infrastructure needed to run our production platform, and are responsible for the reliable and secure operation of that platform. We own the observability that will give us prior warning of impending issues, and will take the necessary action to mitigate those issues. The team consists of passionate, driven, forward-thinking engineers, who take as much pride in problem prevention as they do in problem-solving. Automation and infrastructure-as-code enable us to put efficient, repeatable processes in place, and we have the flexibility and foresight needed for us to ensure we are working where we are needed most.
