Your new role

Engage in requirement analysis, high-level planning, and estimation

Advocate for proper analysis and resolution of non-functional requirements, such as availability, scalability, etc.

Assist Product Management in cost-benefit analysis. Avoid excessive technical debt

Test solutions, focus on automation, and maintain technical docs

Create and maintain technical documentation

Participate in test reviews and community-driven decision-making

Maintain testing guidelines and influence the technical roadmap

Mentor intermediate engineers

Contribute to the product’s development, design, and delivery

Work on a successful, user-focused application with a large user base

What you’ll need to succeed

Automation experience with Java and Selenium

Experience with GitLab CI

Design complex test cases for API and end-to-end automation

Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools

Strong understanding of QA methodologies and a passion for software quality

Familiarity with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and identifying areas for process improvement

Proficient with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), TestRail, and GitLab

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Balances the big picture with attention to detail

Efficient in completing complex tasks

Excellent problem-solving skills

It’s great, but not required:

Experience with distributed systems

Experience with Swift

Frontend development experience with the following technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
