Position Overview
Diligent are lookingfor someone whohas a strong knowledge ofautomated test designto joinourCenterfor Global Product Innovation inBudapest.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to apply effective analysis, and testing skills to produce andmaintainscaled SaaS software solutions. The successful candidate will work as part of an established team who are used to working together to achieve excellent results.
They will want to take ownership of the features they are working on, proactively drive improvements intestdesign and development practices, and work with more junior members of the team to help develop their skills andoptimizethe performance of the team over time.
Key Responsibilities
Assistwith analysis and documentation of technical requirements and user stories for assigned features,in accordance withthe agilemethodologyemployed by Diligent.
To a reasonable degree of accuracy,definition,and estimation oftest developmenttasks for assigned features and user stories.
Designautomated test to cover the whole application,occasionally testing manuallyinaccordance withthe agilemethodologyemployed by Diligent.
Establishingstrong supportfor developerstomaintainproduct quality ata high level.
Required Experience/Skills:
At least2years’ experiencein a hands-onautomation testdevelopment at a commercial software company
ISTQB certificate (Foundation level +)
ExperiencedinAPI and UItesting.
Solid understanding oftest design techniquesand concepts
JavaScript / Typescript programming experience
Good written and oral communicationsin English
Experience withScrumsoftwaredevelopmentframework
Preferredbut notessential.
Experience working with Cypress framework.
Experience working withJMeter
Experience with Docker image build
Experience with CI/CD pipeline maintenance (GitHub Actions)
