Software Project Manager Emphasys Software PHA Full time Permanent Remote Emphasys Software PHA is looking for an experienced, customer-facing Project Manager to join its growing team in Pembroke Pines, FL or remote based.
ABOUT THE ROLE The Software Project Manager provides project management services to both external (customer) and internal (staff/peers) projects. This individual will focus on the full delivery of projects (initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close) within a set timeline and budget. A proactive problem solver and quick decision maker will further the success of this role. The role responsibilities include the following: Provide project management discipline and structure into the services organization Develop project plans for our Product & Professional Services department helping grow our client’s businesses; collaborating with Senior Consultants and other internal leaders Manage the entire software implementation process (planning, scheduling, customer /task management, expectation setting) Lead all applicable customer implementation meetings and determine all activities needed for a successful implementation of our software solutions; gather project requirements and potential statements of work Assist with coordinating the project team schedules Work cross-departmentally with Client Success, Sales, Development and just about every team in our company Analyze data to make data-driven decisions, improving our project planning process Collaborate with a massive network of growth-driven professionals in Constellation Software Manage project budgets to ensure we are on-track or alerting early when a trend evolves Manage multiple projects concurrently ranging from small coordination (1-2 weeks) to large, complex delivery of consultative software delivery (1+ years) Automate and constantly improve the implementation process to improve efficiency and ensure quality Adaptable to alternating priorities and escalating as needed REQUIREMENTS Detail-oriented and accurate – a pillar of a great project manager along with strong verbal/written communication 2-5 years of project management experience is required Must be experienced in software delivery practices Bachelor’s Degree or higher and/or background in Project Management, Computer Science, or Technology is preferred Familiarity with the housing domain is a plus Ability to manage your own time and achieve departmental and personal goals BENEFITS Access to Medical, Vision, Dental, & Life Insurance Competitive Bonus & Profit Sharing Program Fortune 500 Level 401(k) Top 30% in the Nation PTO Plan Gym Stipend and Wellbeing Programs Tuition Reimbursement Program Work Remote & Flexible Work Schedule WHY EMPHASYS?
