Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM), to design and implement effective solutions.
- IT Operations Management: Apply your good understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) to optimize and streamline processes.
- Telecommunications Order Management: Utilize your expertise in telecommunications service management, order management, product inventory, and data segregation to deliver robust solutions.
- TMF Experience: Bring your experience with Tele-Management Forum (TMF) standards to enhance our telecommunications solutions.
- Project Management: Use your strong project management skills and knowledge of agile methods (SAFe) to lead projects effectively.

Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Educational Background: University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another STEM field, providing a solid foundation of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technological skills.
- Professional Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience, including 5 years in IT solution design/architecture.
- Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management processes and methods, with operational experience in agile software development methods (SAFe).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is required.
- Innovative Mindset: Ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.
