Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in software engineering and customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS, hands-on web software development, and systems administration. Proficiency with integrated e-commerce platforms such as Magento and WooCommerce, along with a robust understanding of cloud solutions architecture, is essential. This role demands a track record of success in technical sales consulting, programmatic process development, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and design customized solutions that align with their business objectives. Develop and implement programmatic processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in software solutions. Utilize expertise in Magento, WooCommerce, and other integrated e-commerce platforms to deliver optimal solutions for clients. Architect and manage cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Provide technical consulting and support in pre-sales and post-sales phases, guiding clients through complex technical challenges. Author technical documents, including solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides. Engage with a broad technology partner ecosystem to integrate various technologies and solutions seamlessly. Work closely with independent software vendors (ISVs) and system integrators to deliver comprehensive solutions. Oversee large-scale systems management, including DevOps practices, to ensure smooth deployment and operation of solutions. Employ automation and scripting to streamline development and operational processes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of customer-facing experience with a background in software engineering. Proven experience in SaaS environments and web software development. Hands-on experience with systems administration. Proficiency with Magento, WooCommerce, and other integrated e-commerce platforms. Strong background in cloud solutions architecture. Successful track record in technical sales consulting. Broad knowledge of the technology partner ecosystem. Excellent technical writing skills. Experience working with independent software vendors or system integrators. Previous involvement in large-scale systems management or DevOps.
