Champion and enforce high standards of quality in all aspects of web form development, including code quality, seamless integration, real-time monitoring. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of integration solutions. Be able to manage workload in a fast-paced engineering team. Innovate, automate and develop new approaches to complex design problems involving web form integration and user interaction, ensuring robust scalability and maintainability of the platform. Analyze existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and optimization, recommending changes that enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Information Systems experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years Information Systems experience Requirement 1 Preferred Qualifications: Solid understanding of web API set up and integrations. Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python Understanding of Sitecore CMS (or other Enterprise web CMS) and its architecture is a plus Superb communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally.
