Our team is dynamic, energetic, and genuinely passionate about our work. Overview We are looking for a Sr. Front-End Engineer to join our Application Team . You will work across the organization to create, scale, deploy, and improve the state-of-the art SaaS application. You will work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent analytical, organization and problem-solving skills. We’d like to meet you. Notes: This is a US – Remote position with occasional travel to HQ required. At this time, Stimulus doesn’t offer visa sponsorship. The salary details indicated (min. $120K – max. $150K) may increase or decrease based on experience. Position Responsibilities Development & Enhancement: Utilize ReactJS and other front-end technologies to develop, test, and deploy features within a B2B SaaS platform. Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure a cohesive user experience across the application. Continuously improve existing codebase for maintainability, performance optimization, and scalability. Technical Leadership: Facilitate discussions and propose solutions regarding front-end engineering decisions. Champion best practices in front-end development. Develop and maintain well-documented front-end architecture with a focus on UX principles. Deployment & Operations: Implement CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps, focusing on streamlining front-end deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues. Collaboration: Work closely with the Data & AI Team to ensure seamless integration of front-end components with data visualizations and functionalities. Communicate effectively with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver a user-centric product. User Experience (UX): Maintain a strong focus on UX best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Work collaboratively to design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing. Additional Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills and Qualifications Experience developing and scaling production B2B SaaS applications, with a specialization in front-end development. Node.js / TypeScript ReactJS and and other front-end technologies CI/CD on Azure Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes SQL/noSQL ElasticSearch / Cognitive Search Agile Development Education and Experience Requirements At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles and similar products. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field. Proven experience as a software engineer with a significant focus on front-end development and user interface design.
