  • Engage various business leads to identify transformation opportunities through automation in groups and divisions.
  • Coordinate and lead business group road shows with the aim of introducing Automation initiatives and gathering potential automation opportunities.
  • Answer qualification questions in Productivity Tracker for each process
  • Prioritize pipeline based on relative value & complexity of opportunities.
  • Collaborate in meetings with subject matter business users, extracting comprehensive insights to thoroughly qualify opportunities and gather pertinent information for maximum effectiveness.

  • Review prioritized intake opportunities and design an automated solution (with assistance of PPI, if required)
  • Project management responsibilities, including client communication, team management, execution of projects, prioritization, scheduling, productivity evaluation, and presentation of results.
  • Lead the financials of the entire portfolio of automations and report total investment and value for the Automation Program.
  • Leads the Communications Plan and Strategy that defines how the Automation COE Program will complete communications, including Thermo Fisher branded communication templates and communication calendar.
  • Expertise in cultivating relationships with RPA vendors, adept negotiation of contracts, and ensuring optimal utilization of vendor tools and services.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the field of RPA.
  • Given the evolving nature of RPA and automation technologies, ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements is important.

Qualification

  • Accumulated over 5 years of professional expertise in successfully delivering large-scale and intricate automation projects.
  • Demonstrated over 3 years of leadership experience in Automation Technologies, including RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, AI-ML, Chatbot, and Process Mining.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP – Project Management Professional) and RPA tools can be advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
  • Exhibits formidable problem-solving and analytical prowess, crucial for pinpointing automation opportunities, conducting thorough feasibility assessments, and adeptly navigating and resolving challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in project scope, timelines, or requirements.
  • Proficient in delivering comprehensive training and support to both team members and end-users impacted by automation implementations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in change management, enabling the adept leadership of teams through the nuanced cultural and operational transformations inherent in the adoption of automation.
