The professional is expected to work with end user services and cross-functional teams to provide the requested services, troubleshoot and resolve issues. The Networking professional is expected to operate and perform at the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity and work among a team of skilled analysts to address simple to moderately complex problems across the various security functions. The focus of this role is working within the Collins Aerospace DT Cybersecurity department reporting to the Sr Manager, Network Operations. ** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. ** What YOU will do: You will provide tier two/three Network Service Support for the enterprise. This includes timely resolution of trouble tickets. Participates in the on-call rotation. You will design and implements network systems to facilitate secure and reliable communications throughout the company. You will analyze current cybersecurity features, integrate new security features into existing infrastructures, and help to resolve integration and testing issues. You will comprehensively understand of network security best practices and evaluating security requests for implementation. You will maintain system and company security while ensuring IT security compliance with company policies, external regulatory requirements, technical standards, and best business practices. You will serve as a network lead for development and deployment projects. You will assist with supporting simple to moderately complex operational tasks that are assigned as part of a project implementation. May serve as a project lead for small to medium projects of moderate complexity. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
