challenges, often working in conjunction with a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) You will develop how-to guides to help practitioner-level customer audiences reach buying decisions You will collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing and Sales Engineering to ensure that GTM content is technically accurate and delivers contextually relevant messaging that resonates with targeted technical audiences You will work with Splunk Technical Sales Enablement as subject matter expert to guide the development of Tech Sales Training and enablement, including New Hire Training Demonstrate the product capabilities in line with the associated GTM motion, use case and product line Create compelling demos, videos, Sales Engineer (SE) sales decks, technical FAQs and related content in support of product launches, campaigns, announcements, and events Understand the problems and challenges faced by our customers and create content to address real world business problems and persona-based customer use cases Deliver targeted enablement sessions for Marketing, Sales/SEs, and customers with original assets that drive home the value of Splunk products and resonate with our target personas Address high-level questions about products (implementation, use, scalability, integration) in support of Marketing efforts and Sales opportunities Directly and frequently support Must-have Qualifications

- Five years experience with Splunk products, Splunk Architect preferred
- Experience with Python, Javascript, application integration via APIs
- Proven track record of marketing to a highly technical audience within large organizations. You must be comfortable working with and marketing to technical buyers and stakeholders within enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience in developing technical marketing content, sales enablement training, and tools, and presenting live and recorded enablement sessions to technical audiences.
- Strong domain knowledge demonstrated through hands-on experience within log management and analytics for Security (SIEM, SOAR, Threat Detection and Response) or Observability (Application Performance Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, AIOps, Incident Management) or other DevOps tooling.
