What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and continuously deploying customer-facing applications in a full-stack or similar role, with strong expertise in backend technologies.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience with component-based architecture using modern front-end frameworks like Redux and ReactJS.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with at least one backend language such as Python, Golang, or Kotlin/Java.
- Familiarity with databases, distributed systems, and event-based architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- A solid understanding of monitoring and observability principles and tools, including logging frameworks and error-tracing systems.
- The ability to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues as part of a technical roadmap.
