- 1 year experience in Technical Support in a software company;
- Good command of English – mandatory requirement;
- Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills;
- Practical experience with REST (Postman) and/or SOAP (SoapUI) web services – mandatory requirement;
- Understanding of software development processes and approaches, CI/CD.
- Solid knowledge of any SQL syntax with practical experience (MS SQL/MySQL/Oracle) – mandatory requirement;
- Ability to comprehend and manage configuration files, log files, diagnostic tools, software versions, etc.
- Experience in basic administration of Microsoft Server OS (both local and cloud: Azure/AWS);
- Experience in troubleshooting cloud products or working in a SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Basic knowledge of C/.Net or Phyton.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field;
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Priority, and other ERP/CRM systems;
- Experience with real-time live chat systems (Intercom, etc.)
