Sustainability and IT Process Global Procurement manager
Feladatok:
- Responsible for roll-out new SAP system (S/4Hana) for procurement processes in the different worldwide locations,
- Strong collaboration with S/4Hana – Team (IT, Supply Chain Management, etc.) to guarantee timing and different implementations phases in each location.
- Analysing all S/4Hana related processes implemented in location using the new system already.
- Coordination of global procurement requirements to maintain harmonized solutions among all thyssenkrupp Steering locations during the further S/4Hana rollout.
- According to GOI (Group Operating Instructions) and thyssenkrupp regulation, responsible of all procurement activities related to “The Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains” (LKSG), to guarantee reasonable and appropriate efforts to ensure that the company complies with regulation related to procurement and supply chain
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders e.g., quality and supplier risk management department for all initiatives related to procurement sustainability issues for the complete supplier base, both direct and indirect material.
- Coordination of CO2/sustainability procurement program inside thyssenkrupp Steering, of the CO2 neutral target defined for 2024. Subsequently defining needed actions and changes for the nomination of new supplier product (e.g., revision of procedures and processes).
- Evaluate, recommend, drive decision making and implement new concept of supplier rating, introducing new factors related to CO2 or LKSG and in case of supplier risk management.
- Promote all activities discussed and defined in the thyssenkrupp CoC Sustainability Team to have a harmonized approach among all thyssenkrupp business units.
Követelmények:
- Very good knowledge in SAP R3, SAP S/4HANA and deep knowledge of the procurement processes end to end is mandatory.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is important.
