Do what you love

  • Office Support: You are the first point of contact for employees of the Euronet Group and assist them with technical questions and problems in the context of 1st level support
  • Ticket Processing: You are responsible for processing support tickets and find the best solution for each problem to ensure efficient and fast support
  • System Administration: You will be responsible for the administration of systems, including servers, network components and applications, to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and that all employees are able to work effectively with their laptops and workstations
  • Structure Management: You will be responsible for the MS Office 365 structure management, including the management of user accounts and access rights
  • Documentation: you document workflows, solutions and best practices in our knowledge base to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge management

Requirements

Show us what you’ve got

  • Education & Experience: You have a university degree in computer science, a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification; we also welcome applications from career changers
  • Tech-Stack: Ideally you have the following knowledge:
    • Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Server 2016/2019,2022 (Linux and MacOS base knowledge would be an advantage)
    • Applications: Office 365, Ansible, ticket systems
  • Personality: you are characterized by your high resilience, your communication skills as well as your ability to work in a team 
  • Language skills: You can easily communicate in English in our intercultural environment in any situation
