System and Process engineer

Feladatok:

  • Independent learning of products, test processes, machines and technologies
  • Commissioning of newly installed machines
  • Implementation of type integration on new and existing test systems
  • Calibration and measurement system analysis of end-of-line modules
  • Carrying out functional tests, approvals and quality approvals
  • Supervision of production as part of start-up management
  • Optimization of testing systems in terms of function, quality and performance
  • Transfer of the systems to the local plant
  • Training of employees in handling test modules in relation to maintenance and operation
  • Support for the plants in analyzes and evaluations when problems arise
  • Provision of 2nd level support for our plants worldwide
  • Close cooperation with similar organizational units

Követelmények:

  • Sound technical training (HTL, FH or university) specializing in automation technology, production technology, mechatronics or electrical engineering
  • Experience in mechanical engineering and automation
  • Good knowledge of measuring systems
  • PC basics (hardware) and dealing with IT, information and communication systems. Word processing, spreadsheet and other programs
  • Knowledge of statistical methods for machine and process qualification (QS-Stat, Solara)
  • Knowledge of proof of suitability of test processes (measurement system analysis)
  • Good team and communication skills
  • Analytical, forward-looking thinking coupled with a systematic way of working
  • Flair for process-oriented working methods
  • Professional dealings with superiors, employees, customers and suppliers
  • Independent way of working
  • Willingness to travel approx. 15%
