TheSystemArchitect’s primary function is to lead the solutioning of ourbusiness and customer applications, including all roadmap projects, vendor integrations, reporting and analytics. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption primarily using the Salesforce platform. The System Architect will collaborate closely with functional leaders and internal subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new projects, ensuring alignment with business roadmaps. Additional duties will include mentoring and development of administrators and vendor management and selection. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as primary solutions architect for theMedCerts technology environment implementations, primarily Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) * Oversee and ensure successful implementation of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines * Provide technical leadership and guidance in platform architecture, including integration, customization, and development of solutions * Identify and resolve technical issues, perform system optimizations, and drive continuous improvement of system solutions * Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and governance for development and implementation * Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions within the technology ecosystem. * Review vendor-developed solutions, participate in vendor selection * Manage, mentor and provide feedback for Engineering team, consisting of administrators and developers * Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades * Manage data feeds and other integrations * Improve and implement automated processes within the MedCerts technology ecosystem * Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of evaluating workflows and processes * Assist in training of new users and development of training materials * Effectively function as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the Engineering team REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or related field * Relevant experience can be used in lieu of degree * Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification a plus * Proven experience min 3 years as a system architect or similar role, demonstrating successful end-to-end system implementations * Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation, reporting and KPIs * Prior knowledge and experience building with Salesforce Apex Class, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Object Builder, Workflows, Process Builder, Reports & Dashbo rds, DataLoader, Validation rules, Opportunity Management, Case Management * Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Service Cloud * Preferred experience with third party applications including: Hellosign (document signing), Mogli SMS (Mass Texting), Hubspot (Marketing Automation), Natterbox * Experience developing and maintaining information security, compliance, and accessibility standards * Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards * Creative and analytical thinker with strong critical thinking skills * Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization * Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs * Ability to assess the impact of new requirements onMedCerts systems and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes BENEFITS * Fully remote working environment with equipment provided by MedCerts * Paid time off and holidays * 401K with a company match * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available to you on start date * Life Insurance * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) * Parental leave * Tuition Assistance (including a University of Phoenix Partnership) * Employee Assistance Program * Pet Insurance * Weight Loss & Gym Benefits * Verizon Wireless Discount WORKING CONDITIONS This is a remote position in which work will be completed during normal business hours (8:30am – 5:00pm).
