Job Description
Workplace Experience is part of Deutsche Telekom IT with end-to-end responsibility for all services around the digital workplace, digital collaboration, Identity and Access Management and user support for employees of the Deutsche Telekom Group. The goal is to enable and enhance the users’ productivity and experience. Workplace Experience acts as product provider with a comprehensive, standardized product portfolio, offering products to all DT units globally.
Your daily tasks will include preparing and supporting the scripting process. Most typical tasks will be:
1) Requirements analysis
2) Development of a scripting strategy
3) Setting up a test environment
4) Documentation Creation: Installation Guide, Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting Guide
5) Review of security aspects
6) Compatibility Testing: System Compatibility, Integration Testing
7) Version Management: Documentation of Changes
Qualifications
Language skills in German or English, at least B2
Strong operation systems knowledge (Win11, drivers, BIOS)
Experience in support processes and security
Experience in Windows Client Management and Win10 Directory Structure
Experience in SW Scripting
