Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our team to support a contract with the Department of Homeland Security. The Systems Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems that support the mission-critical operations of DHS. This role requires a deep understanding of IT architecture, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This position will allow for fully Remote Delivery. Praescient has extensive experience designing, developing, and integrating solutions for customers including the US Army, Special Operations Command (SOCOM), US Navy (USN), US Marine Corps (USMC), US Coast Guard (USCG), Department of Justice (DOJ), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intelligence community, and local law enforcement agencies, among others. Primary Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Direct accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness, and quality of all deliverables. System Design and Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of data systems to ensure they meet organizational and client needs. Integration Management: Coordinate system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interaction between various data systems. Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance standards and policies to ensure data quality and compliance. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system architectures and integration processes. Required Qualifications: 8+ years’ experience in computer programming, systems design and architecture or information technology.
