WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, and RPA.
  • Apply AI solutions to various HR-related use cases.
  • Establish a platform for running local LLMs like LLama2 from Facebook.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Drive re-use of implemented core features, to scale the whole approach of automation.
  • Consult and educate business partners to do automation by themselves as well.

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • University degree or comparable training desired.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, but middleware as well.
  • Experienced in API driven solutions.
  • Additional knowledge in: Flask, Bootstrap, SQLAlchemy, Jinja2,
  • Experience in automation, specifically with Python, Power Automate, and RPA.
  • CI/CD knowledge is preferred, especially Magenta CI/CD.
  • Solid foundation of AI knowledge and experience (different learning algorithms with various applications as classification, clustering etc.)
  • Familiarity with local LLMs like LLama2 from Facebook is a plus.
  • Self-driven and motivated, with a proven track record of taking ownership of business-related IT challenges and driving them to completion.
  • Experience in the HR business domain is preferred.
  • English C1, knowledge of German is welcome.
