Main requirements
Mandatory Skills:
- Team Management experience and great communication skills
- Strong experience on .Net Core 3.1 or .Net 6 (+8Y) + React (+6Y)
- Experience in cloud (any cloud)
Role Description Skills:
- A Lead developer will be comfortable taking technical decisions, will guide the team, and support them on the development.
- The lead will also participate in different meetings to discuss the architecture and alignment between teams across the platform.
- Strong proficiency in C# & .NET core with a deep understanding of developing RESTful APIs
- Experience working in REACT
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts, Data Structures & algorithms
- Familiarity with Postgres Database
- Knowledge of Containerization & experience in Docker
- Knowledge of Microservices & Even Driven Architecture , particularly Pub-Sub
- Experience with Kubernetes & Cloud Platforms like Azure or GCP
- Strong proficiency in DevOps including CI/CD
- Experience in code Quality & Unit Testing
