Your responsibilities, Working with the business, to define and document system specific User Stories. The requirements should incorporate acceptance criteria and definition of done criteria., Work in Sprint alongside the internal delivery team and contribute to the successful delivery of change, acting as a Proxy Product Owner i.e. ensuring the delivery team questions and queries are answered promptly, supporting Story Point estimations and validating User Story delivery., Lead workshops to gain understanding of business problems and identify possible solutions., Lead the Sprint Planning sessions and work with the team to plan the Sprint Commitments., Lead the daily Stand-ups for your Delivery Team and ensure delivery of Stories as per the Sprint Commitment.

Experience in Systems Analysis principles, practices, techniques and tools, Deep understanding of User Story creation in adherence with INVEST principles, Experience of working in an Agile development environment., Strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner., Experience and understanding of Agile Technical Product Ownership role., Proven experience working on integrated website delivery projects.
