Percentages represent guidelines only; May vary by position and fluctuate due to changing business needs. 55 % Code development – Develop code based on the technical design specifications. Perform initial code checkout. Communicate status to parties involved. Development is typically isolated to a single program, procedure, or function. 15 % Day to day support of existing environment – Production issue resolution (alerts, tickets, requests from analysts) related to processes the employee has worked on in the past. Research findings and resolutions would be reviewed with a more senior member of the team. Assistance may also be required to help the employee with where to start looking. 10 % Technical design work – Technical specifications and analysis required to meet business needs is limited to more basic, simple decisions and processes. . Work to be reviewed with Sr. Analyst or manager. 10 % Documentation and support handoff – Produce documentation to turn over to functional analyst or Sr. Analyst to be saved to appropriate location. Little to no documentation is required due to the scope of the requests. The exception would be the documentation comments within the code itself. 5 % Project management – Limited to communication of status to appropriate parties 5 % Capacity/performance management – Follow performance review process to ensure compliance. Only reviews his/her development work prior to be reviewed by a more senior member of the team. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Responsibilities outside of normal business hours: On-call rotation as assigned. Support for implementations of projects assigned will occur on weekends. Other duties may be assigned. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners. TRAVEL No travel is expected for this position. LOCATION This position is fully remote but occasional travel to multiple sites may be expected.
