We are actively seeking an accomplished Technical Architect with specialized Oracle Software experience to lead and guide our organization’s technical strategy and implementations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing the technical architecture for Oracle PeopleSoft solutions and related systems hosted in an AWS Cloud, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. Workplace Type: Remote (USA) Pay Band: $170,000 – $210,000 varies with experience Travel up to 10% You Will: Develop and articulate the technical strategy for migrating Oracle software, including RDBMS, Weblogic, PeopleSoft, and other applications, considering current and future business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical architecture with organizational goals. Lead the design and development of technical solutions for Oracle applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. Provide architectural guidance for customizations, integrations, and extensions within the PeopleSoft ERP solution and supporting Oracle and Linux technologies. Oversee the integration of PeopleSoft applications with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Implement and optimize integration patterns and technologies. Conduct performance assessments and optimizations for Oracle applications and their underlying infrastructure. Provide recommendations for hardware, software, and configuration changes to enhance system performance. Develop and implement security measures to safeguard Oracle software and data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Oracle security. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve Oracle capabilities. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and deployment procedures. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure team members understand and adhere to architectural standards. You Have: Must be a United States Citizen. Must possess and maintain a Public Trust or Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance. Security+ Certificate Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Architect implementing Oracle RDMBS, Weblogic, or PeopleSoft. Strong understanding of Oracle Software development tools, and technical architecture best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Architect or Engineer with Oracle experience. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing technical solutions for Oracle applications. Previous experience in leading technical teams and overseeing large-scale Oracle implementations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
