What you’ll need to be successful?
- Minimum 3 years of technical product management experience in a product management role, in a consumer tech company with web extensions focus
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools like Sigma and Python
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Figma, Sketch or other design prototyping tool
- Solid background in managing products using the Scrum framework; PSPO I or II certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication abilities complemented by a deep understanding of technical concepts related to web extensions
- Proven experience using qualitative and quantitative data for strategic product planning and execution
- Detail-oriented analytical mind with a strong data-driven mindset to inform strategy and decision-making
- Excellent communication in both Polish and English.
- How to develop & deploy software in a progressive way through feature flags
- Experience with decision documentation to support your ideas (e.g. Architecture Decision Record, Decision Log)
- Experience with remote teamwork

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Technical Product Manager (TPM) to help CouponFollow scale the reach of their browser extension, and coordinate new feature development. As a Technical Product Manager, you will develop reports to help analyze new revenue opportunities, set and manage clear quarterly targets for the team, and lead new product initiatives.
As you will work in an international, remote distributed team, you should be willing and flexible enough to work across multiple time zones (USA / Poland / Pakistan).
