Our Project Management Team is growing and looking for fresh blood – we’re currently searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will help us deliver new products for our exciting clients.
Location: Remote/Warsaw Office (as you wish)
Salary (PLN):
- 15 700 – 23 050 + VAT (B2B)
- 13 050 – 19 150 gross (CoE)

What we’re looking for:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry,
- Experience in software development or quality assurance in building complex web and mobile applications from scratch, especially in projects with integrations and migrations,
- Experience in client-facing communication and management,
- Proven track record in managing remote product development teams and working directly with your clients (preferably clients: SMEs and corporations)
PjM and Soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (C1+) – we work internationally, so that’s a must,
- Strong knowledge of the technical architecture of complex web and mobile applications allowing for seamless communication with the product team,
- Great skills in keeping technical and project documentation in high standards,
- Excellent ability to manage priorities/risks on projects and keep projects on track to the finish,
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira),
- Broad knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
- Proactive attitude towards implementing changes,
- And basically strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills – we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in mentoring less experienced team members,
- Experience in working on the ideation phase of product development,
- PMP, P2M, PMI-ACP, AgilePM or other certificates,
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Business-related courses.
