Job Description Role Purpose You will ensure that technical delivery follows standard, repeatable, measurable, and modernized ways of working. The Technical PM (TPM) serves both as an extended voice for Client and technical implementation resources such as architects, engineers, and quality assurance and with project managers to translate technical tasks, timelines, levels of effort into detailed, traceable plans end to end. You will report to the CDP-Delivery Lead and also support running integrated technical delivery in a matrixed environment. It is expected that this role will draw from success delivering personalized experiences, methodologies delivering personalized experiences across channels at scale through customer data platform (CDP) or other like technologies. Key Responsibilities You will lead the team in delivery of technical solutions. Collaborate with technical resources to ensure understanding on tasks, levels of effort, and interdependencies. The TPM should apply what they have learned, including task interdependencies and estimates so that the TPM can more help create a detailed integrated delivery plan for Clients. Review deliverables for consistency and relevance to the technical design end to end. Maps deliverables and their interdependencies for seamless Client experience. Develop detailed technical user stories through frequent and direct contact with Clients and assigned technical resources. Review, help prioritize and map user stories to technology enablers and assigned resources. Grooms, reviews backlog with the team during planning sessions. Clarifies roles and accountabilities that are mapped to deliverables. Define the acceptance / exit criteria for project phases/sprints. Run daily technical operations, including assignments and team refinements. Help resolve technical blocking issues and coordinate solutions across multiple technical teams. Manage incoming operational/delivery escalations, analyze issues, and implement long-term delivery solutions. Must dive deep to quickly understand root cause and solution for scale. You will advocate for our clients to operationalize technical delivery. You will monitor end-to-end delivery process, methodologies, deliverables for continuous improvement. Role will prioritize areas of improvement based on value and feasibility, measure, and report on success(es) after having implemented delivery process improvements. You will analyze technical process(es) to ensure delivery remains value-focused and as expected contractually. Generates and presents scorecards to update leadership on health of projects. You will stay up to date with new technology capabilities and apply knowledge to improve delivery. For example, GenAI and value associated with streamlining marketing operations processes or other. You will track statistics around delivery methodology / adoption and translates feedback into improvements. Able to easily translate technical solutions to expected experience / marketing value. Generates and presents scorecards to update leadership on health of projects. You will review budget / cost throughout all project phases and across CDP portfolio to inform areas for improvement. You will work with Clients obtain delivery feedback and use it as part of overall continuous improvement. May join calls to share / showcase overall delivery methodology and differentiators. May train more junior members on methodologies, adoption/use of various technologies to support traceability/tracking and management of tasks. May step in to support technical team pending candidate skills. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience leading Customer Data Platform related implementations. Experience working in sprints and with task integrations/dependencies. You will run Agile ceremonies, daily scrums. You will demonstrate experience serving as a leader and collaborator that prioritizes and problem solves. Certified on any customer data platform (CDP) or master data management (MDM) Understands CCPA, GDPR and other Data Protection Acts. Familiar with concepts as data integrations/transformations on large datasets, API development (REST, Open APIs, CURL), data analysis, data ingestion, data modeling and data mapping, JSON/Parquet file formats. Experience working in an agency or consulting company across multiple industries. Digital Marketing experience. Personal technical credibility, through direct experience of leading and inspiring teams (directly or indirectly) on main technologies and best practices. You will work independently and under guidance. Additional Information The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-$131,000 . Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
