Job Description
Right now we are working with a California based IT consulting company that provides end-to-end managed IT services, managed cloud services and cybersecurity services to law firms, venture capital firms and non-profit organizations. This company has been in business for over 15 years and has over 20 people on staff and is growing quickly due to winning new clients.
This company does have a significant presence near their home base in California but is looking for a talented Tier 2 technician that can work remotely. There’s room to grow and advance into a team lead position.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT consulting company
- Experience working with MSP specific tools such as Connectwise and IT Glue
- Experience working as an escalation point for Tier 1 technicians
- Experience managing other junior level technicians is not required but highly sought after
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory
- Deep knowledge of Office 365 back-end administration
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments
- DHCP/DNS mid-level troubleshooting
- Experience with Apple is not required but highly sought after
- Experience with Addigy is not required but highly sought after
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Positive, friendly attitude
Salary for this position is in the $65,000 range. Benefits are comprehensive.
