For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Manage the daily operations of User Acquisition, including setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and video networks;

  • Collaborate with the UA Lead to develop and execute user acquisition strategies that attract high-value players for our mobile game, ensuring alignment with overall business goals;

  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and LTV, utilizing tools like AppsFlyer for effective tracking and reporting;

  • Conduct competitive analysis to monitor competitor activity in UA and identify growth opportunities;

  • Identify and test opportunities with new partners and channels, owning relationships with them;

  • Collaborate with the Creative Department on creative production to ensure alignment with UA strategies;

  • Work closely with Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback, contributing to operational efficiency;

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UA to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our strategy;

  • Contribute to UA budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring efficient resource utilization to achieve desired user acquisition goals.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of proven experience in user acquisition for mobile games;

  • Fluent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written;

  • Deep understanding of the most effective practices and methodologies in user acquisition;

  • Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns and achieving growth targets;

  • Proficiency in user acquisition analytics tools such as AppsFlyer;

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and crafting comprehensive reports;

  • Previous involvement in A/B testing and conducting experiments within user acquisition;

  • Familiarity with various mobile ad platforms, networks, and channels (experience with video networks is a plus);

  • Experience working with IAP monetization models;

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
