We are seeking a UI Path Automation Developer to join our corporate Information Technology team. This position will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. The Automation Developer will be involved in deployment and maintenance of scalable process automation solutions using UI Path frameworks and tools. They will gather and analyze existing process flows, use cases, and requirements as well as assist with development of specifications to design and document automated workflow solutions. The Developer will utilize Ui Path tools to deliver reusable automation components and deploy solutions and establish monitoring to maintain Bot performance, measure utilization, and identify issues. There will be heavy collaboration with various departments to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into automated solutions. The candidate will work closely with our UiPath software developers, and contracted service providers, both located globally. Responsibilities Building Solutions in cloud.uipath.com Use knowledge of best practices and functional expertise to drive change in the organization through technology and business process redesign. Partner with process owners to design and build automation solutions with UiPath. Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations. Develop automations using the UiPath software platform. Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions and Bots using UiPath. Monitor Bots post-deployment and proactively fix bugs. Maintain and update technical documentation. Open to learning new automation and technical tools as opportunities arise. Recommend continual improvements for RPA solutions. Ensure managed package applications are upgraded. Ensure RPA solutions are compliant with company policies, industry standards, and data security requirements. Serve as a technical expert and provide technical solutions and guidance to resolve complex automation challenges. Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath advancements and best practices, and share knowledge with the team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management. 5+ year experience in Development methodologies, databases & systems architecture concepts. 2+ year experience in RPA development experience leveraging UiPath. Experience in .Net (VB, C#), JAVA, HTML, CSS, and SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience developing complex SQL queries. Familiar with agile development methodologies with a focus on iterative and test-driven design methods. Ability to train and provide support to business system end users. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills to effectively support end users. Prefer UiPath Certifications, or candidate to achieve within first year in position: UiPath Certified Professional – Automation Developer Associate UiPath Certified Professional – Automation Developer Professional Personal Attributes Curiosity about new technologies, and passionate about solving problems through technology.
