About project
Currently we are looking for highly skilled and motivated UX Researcher who will join a team working in a global container liner shipping company.
Team is dedicated to improving the usability and functionality of web and mobile applications . You will be working closely with Developers, Product Designers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and fellow UX Researchers.
Candidates based in the Tri-city area are preferred, but there is an option for 100 % remote work .
Tasks
- Collaborating effectively with developers, designers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and UX Researchers
- Engaging with colleagues from around the world
- Improving research strategies, repositories, roadmaps, and frameworks
- Conducting independent research on various aspects of user interaction with our web and mobile applications
- Gathering and analyzing user behavior using both qualitative and quantitative methods, such as usability testing, user interviews, and surveys
- Educating team members and the broader organization about UX Research
- Partnering with designers, product owners, and engineers to prioritize research opportunities in a dynamic environment
- Presenting research findings through both verbal presentations and written reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher in large organization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Extensive experience in qualitative research
- Excellent communication skills for discussing user research processes, ideas, and solutions with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English at the C1 level
- Knowledge of UX, ResearchOps, and user-centered design methodologies
- Experience in UX Research within an in-house setting or large organization
- Experience in working in Agile environment
