- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies / Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments
- Communication skills in German
- Knowledge of software distribution systems (e.g. SCCM, MECM, Intune or DSM)
- Proficiency in Citrix environment
- Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 operating system, including architecture, configuration, troubleshooting and installation
- Experience in Active Directory, Windows Registry
- AD/User/Group; Network/Routing/DNS; Proficiency in Security
- Configuring and setting Group Policies (GPOs). knowledge
- Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Knowledge of basic cloud computing solutions
