ROLE SUMMARY: Responsible for building, monitoring, and maintaining Power BI dashboards that integrate data from Viewpoint Vista (SQL cloud database) and Autodesk Assemble (construction cloud software). This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, SQL databases, and construction project management software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for various business units. Data Integration: Connect and integrate data from Viewpoint Vista (SQL cloud database) and Autodesk Assemble (construction cloud software) into Power BI dashboards. Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor dashboard performance, ensure data accuracy, and make necessary updates and improvements. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data connectivity, data accuracy, and dashboard performance. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored reporting solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for dashboard design, data sources, and data integration processes. Training: Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize Power BI dashboards. Additional dashboards and database integration as needed MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL cloud databases. Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista and Autodesk Assemble or similar construction project management software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
