Responsibilities: Collaborate with product designers, managers, and researchers to develop and optimize features that improve the efficiency of doctors and the quality of patient care. Architect, develop, and maintain API solutions for internal and external web services, prioritizing usability and performance. Design and implement performant and reliable services to manage and transfer large volumes of data between users. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new features and translate the company’s vision into actionable plans. Mentor team members on design techniques, coding standards, and best practices to foster a culture of excellence. Review, plan, and architect end-to-end solutions, considering company goals and making informed trade-offs. Conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and contribute to testing practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality code. Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in TypeScript and proficiency with key frameworks/libraries like Angular, Node, and React. Experience in building both frontend and backend components using JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong understanding of API design principles and database systems (SQL or NoSQL). Ability to prioritize user experience when building features and optimizing workflows. Familiarity with AWS services (API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
