Joinus on a mission that matters – one team, one fight.About The RoleCrowdStrike is seeking a Cloud Sale Engineering Manager withsignificant cloud cyber security domain expertise and experience managing atechnical field sales team. As a Sales Engineering Manager you and yourteam will build relationships within CrowdStrike, Partners, and Customersas cloud subject matter experts, educating and demonstrating the value ofCrowdStrike’s cloud security platform. Your team will apply theirspecialist knowledge to integrate CrowdStrike technologies and productswith various cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), GoogleCloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and enterprise Kubernetesdistributions, such as Red Hat OpenShift and Rancher.What You’ll DoEnsure effective technical field sales coverage for assigned salestheatre account base.Coach, mentor and develop Cloud Sales Engineers skill-set to meetcurrent and emerging Cloud sales opportunity needs.Engage with leadership to establish strategic plans andobjectives.Collaborate cross-functionally to establish key stakeholders andbusiness-line owners.Drive customer and partner meetings through sales calls, relationshipbuilding, solution selling and problem resolution.Provide guidance on complex technical issues utilising in-depthknowledge of the company, cloud service providers, products, industry andsolutions.Deliver development and improvement of methods, techniques andevaluation processes for CrowdStrike solutions.What You’ll Need7+ years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineeringroles – particularly in the areas of security incident response or cloudsecurity.2+ years or equivalent experience in direct management or leadership ofa technical team (experience managing remote employees highlydesirable).Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability topresent to a variety of external audiences, including being able tointeract with senior executives.Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics,network administration and management and cloud architecture and workloadsecurity technologies.
