Craft and refine processes, aiming for heightened efficiency and cost optimization, while ensuring thorough process documentation for client clarity and internal reference. Diligently gather and articulate customer requirements; devise and oversee a robust project implementation plan tailored to our solutions. What Is Required (Qualifications) A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in customer-centric roles, preferably as a Technical Project Manager/Program Manager, with a record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects. Robust business acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and customer engagement experience. Stellar communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging a diverse audience. Proficient in process engineering software, with domain experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or logistics being highly desirable. How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) In-depth understanding and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), as well as knowledge in object-oriented development, build processes, change control management, and release models. Proficiency in API and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, XML, JSON). Expertise in troubleshooting within SaaS and on-premise environments. Experience with mobile OS applications (Android, iOS, iPadOS) and Smart glasses technology (e.g., Vuzix, RealWear, Google, Microsoft).
