The Strategic Response team within the IQVIA Digital Enablement Center of Excellence is dedicated to aligning our value proposition across our suite of services and empowering our healthcare clients to create more effective and efficient digital engagements for both consumers and healthcare professionals. As a centralized function, our newly formed team collaborates with partners- both internal and external- to deliver strategic and thoughtful responses for inbound Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and supporting our go-to-market teams in driving client success. As a Strategic Media Response Manager on the new formed Strategic Response team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the strategic value of our client responses. This value will be derived by adding data-driven insights into both overall healthcare trends and specific therapeutic category information as well as applying your expertise to the nuances of media planning and buying. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of media planners in building out media plan recommendations, collaborating with sales teams to identify client opportunities, helping to develop and curate media plans recommendations alongside media planners, and providing the strategic guidance needed for media activation in the healthcare communications industry. Essential Functions: Strategically oversee and refine the process of developing inbound Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring media plans are perfectly aligned with client objectives. Innovate and enhance PowerPoint templates to effectively communicate IQVIA’s capabilities and strategic recommendations. Lead and optimize RFP walkthrough presentations, ensuring flawless coordination with internal teams and engaging client interactions for strategic alignment. Provide senior-level consultative guidance to Sales and Operations Teams, crafting advanced strategies to exceed client performance expectations. Streamline internal processes to improve communication flows and ensure seamless client interactions throughout all project phases. Mentor and work closely with Client Services to identify market trends and assess the impact of media strategies on client success. Spearhead sales analytics initiatives, analyzing and presenting key metrics such as win/loss ratios, hit rates, and pipeline analytics to drive decisions and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 5-7 years of experience in media planning, with a proven track record in strategic planning and team leadership. Healthcare and Life science industry experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes client relationships and large-scale projects. Exceptional leadership capabilities, able to inspire and direct a team while also contributing as a player/coach. Expert proficiency in developing comprehensive media strategies that respond to complex market dynamics. Advanced skills in designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations that succinctly convey strategy and results. Proactive and strategic thinker, with outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate market trends and client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships across all levels of an organization. Strong analytical abilities, with a deep understanding of sales metrics and data analysis tools to inform effective media planning. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 – $146,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
