What you will do: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled individual to provide exceptional technical support and expertise, focusing primarily on resolving issues related to customer integration. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration of software systems, applications, and services, impacting both our organization and our clients. A significant part of this role involves performing operational tasks to support machine learning based platform and integration capabilities. This position will report directly to the IT Product Manager. Duties and Responsibilities Consult with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend and facilitate API integration and usage. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure seamless service for clients. Educate internal teams and clients on API utilization and best practices, ensuring optimal integration experiences. Guarantee cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all integrated services. Continuously optimize and enhance the performance and scalability of existing web applications and integrations. Perform operational tasks such as documenting labeling and initiating accounts. Engage in proactive learning and application of emerging technologies and tools related to API integration and development. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related discipline 1 – 3 years of experience with IT integration related work Demonstrated experience with API, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, and XML Experience with data annotation and labeling tools, preferred Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to quality and excellence Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly Proficient skill with Computer Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint) Professional written and verbal communication skills
