The UX Developer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for translating business requirements into excellent User Experiences for our customers. Your ability to understand the needs of both the business and the end-users will be key in developing UX solutions that meet their expectations. This position is part of the IT Digital Technologies and Experiences Team located in Brea, CA and will be fully remote. You will be part of the Digital Customer Experience team, reporting to the Digital Customer Experience Manager responsible for the customer’s digital experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Collaborate with project managers, product managers, and developers to design and implement user-centric solutions on our Sitecore platform. Work closely with our digital teams to ensure seamless integration of UX Designs with technical implementations, creating cohesive and delightful user experiences. Collaborate with architects, developers, and technical stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of our Sitecore platform with other systems and platforms. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field. Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Experience using Sitecore or other similar CMS platforms. Preferred Skills: Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, allowing you to contribute to the design process and collaborate effectively with UX designers. Familiarity with front-end development frameworks and libraries like Semantic UI. Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies, allowing you to design interfaces that are user-friendly and visually appealing. The salary range for this role is $75K-$95K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
