As a Senior Data Management Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting, validating, and organizing data with CHS information and data systems. The incumbent will address data needs and requests from CHS Operations, Support and Leadership Teams. Overall, the Senior Data Management Specialist contributes to the CHS high-performance culture by exhibiting our values and providing quality results that position CHS as the leader in delivering proactive behavioral health, case management, community, and early childhood solutions for children and families.

Primary Job Functions
1. Input, validate, and consolidate data in CHS information and data systems.
- Attend weekly meetings addressing issues, changes, sharing of information, and offering ideas or solutions.
- Manage program information including historical data, client eligibility, provider placement data, and legal status histories.
- Query system to access specific information and correct data entry errors.
- Audit data to identify errors and notify the system administrator of problems.
- Assist and train users remotely on data entry requirements.
- Develop and distribute client demographic, outcome, and impact data reports to identified Quality and Operations leaders on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Prioritize and respond to data requests submitted through the help desk within 72 hours of request submission.
- Collaborate with Operations and Support Team leaders to identify regulatory data needs.
- Collaborate with Program Leaders to identify data reporting needs and frequency of data reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and share data reports and dashboards to provide visual support of performance, demographic, and impact data.
2. Facilitate community among data related positions (Data Hub).
- Lead and participate in developing a data-driven culture for the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly Data Hub meetings consisting of all data related positions within program operations and support teams in alignment with the CHS Data Strategy Plan and under the direction of the Data Governance Council.
- Receive and lead projects provided by the Data Governance Council Chair and provide weekly/monthly status updates.
- Participate in the development of standard practice for data management, data governance, and data quality.
- Provide training and guidance to Data Hub members on data related CHS Practice, functionality of systems, and collaboration across the organization.
- Work with subject-matter experts to create data configurations that aid in communicating the success and impact of our CHS programs as well as opportunities of improvement.
3. Contribute to a positive, engaging work environment.
- Develop a strong knowledge base and stay current on job-related issues and trends.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, training and education, as well as the quality process.
- Comply with CHSs code of conduct, policies, procedures and other obligations.
- Assist with training other team members and providing back up when necessary.
- Pick up projects on the fly; perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications
Education, Licenses & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Social Services, Health Administration, Information Technology, Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related degree from an accredited university, required.
- Florida Drivers License within 30 days from hire required, with daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
Experience:
- Two years of experience working with spreadsheets and databases, required.
