BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST II ROLE OVERVIEW The Business Systems Analyst II has the overall responsibility for tactical execution of the company’s software, systems integration, and business intelligence. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building and improving processes. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer, but will work directly with Plant Managers, Departmental Leaders, and the Director of Information Technology to deliver on the Company’s systems related initiatives. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Collaborate with NetSuite ERP implementation team members Manage all internal and corporate systems, including employee technology, infrastructure, applications, and Business Intelligence initiatives. Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Meet and exceed expectations for quality of service and associated business outcomes. Cultivate a workplace culture that emphasizes deep business alignment, accountability for outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field At least 12 years of experience developing, engineering, and architecting software solutions Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Strong technical background in software engineering, web service APIs, and systems deployment Experience with full stack development Proficient with SQL, BI tools, report creation Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Strong communication skills Accustomed to working in an open, team-oriented, highly interactive, and communicative culture Strong problem-solving skills and the desire to improve processes and actively drive opportunities to resolution Proven project coordination and change management skills with a consistent track record of leading numerous (and simultaneous) projects to successful completion Demonstrable ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners Solid knowledge of, and keeps up with emerging technologies, and the ability to apply these in the service of the company’s key business goals ALL THE DETAILS… Pay commensurate with experience: $82,419 – 104,902 per year Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Insurance Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Life and Disability Insurance plans Retirement Benefits: 401(k) Plan with company match (90 day waiting period – restrictions apply) Paid Time Off: (90 day waiting period, prorated for first year) Vacation: 120 hours a year, with increases based on years of service Holidays: 70 hours a year (8.5 days): 1 Floating Holiday, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday following, half day on Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day Sick Leave: 40 hours a year, accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked for hourly employees, salary employees prorated for first year Other Compensation: Employees may be eligible for annual performance bonuses Location: Yakima, Washington. Remote or hybrid work arrangements considered for the right candidate, dependent on qualifications Telework expectations: Must be available and responsive during scheduled work hours and possess a physical workspace that facilitates telework (internet access, ability to focus on work during work hours if others are present in the home, successfully complete telework environment safety assessments on a regular basis).
