Job Description:
Pay Range: $77.14hr – $82.14hr
- Candidate will work with Regions and Business Unit(s) to support their Digital Transformation.
- Candidate will act as a mentor and delivery partner and help them:
- Partner with the Regions and BUs to provide scaffolding/foundation to build and deliver omnichannel experiences with measurable and scalable impact
- Define the set of capabilities, roles and responsibilities, processes, and technology required to drive delivery efforts, including but not limited to ongoing management and optimization of marketing channels (including pre-campaign analysis and planning), campaign management, testing, post-campaign strategy and recommendations for future and continuous optimization
- Advising and providing Subject Matter Expertise to establish digital approaches, skills, and new ways of working within the BUs and Regions
- Collaborate with TGS (=IT) Business Partners and Digital, Data, and Analytics Platform Team to align and deliver technology requirements
- Candidate will also work closely with other functions within the business, such as TGS (=IT) to align on a common technology roadmap, as well as with our own Data and Analytics and Strategy teams to understand current technologies and the roadmap of emerging behaviors and technologies in the market.
- Candidate will identify standard processes (competitive and B2B at large) in omni-channel marketing that candidate see within our business and outside, and help share that with other Business Units and Regions. Together with our in-house specialists (IT, Digital, Data, and Analytics, among others), candidate will establish specific goals and KPIs, measure performance and attribution across digital channels, marketing automation, CRM, and ERP (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Salesforce, and SAP).
- We recently launched new PowerBI campaign dashboards that will help marketers in the business units better understand campaign performance and optimize their marketing investments.
- As a PM candidae will help us create the necessary process for rolling out and scaling these dashboards to 9 business units and users across the Region over the coming 6-12 months.
- Candidate will support the necessary documentation in the right channel and format (PowerPoint presentations, Word doc, Sharepoint/Intranet, and an internal website built on Adobe Experience Manager) and help us stay structured and on track with the roll-out.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of digital project management experience.
- Agile or SCRUM-certified practitioner.
- Sense of Urgency – Continual refinement of a backlog so the team always knows the priority and detail for the next sprint planning session.
- Establish Accountability – Take initiative.
- Highly structured to keep everyone in our team accountable and keep projects moving forward.
- Deep JIRA knowledge – ability to set up and manage Advanced JIRA roadmaps across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Ability to set up repeatable processes and systems that the team can use autonomously to understand the status of each project, and what tasks need to be done by whom and by when.
- Great communication skills – particularly in a fully remote and virtual environment – using e-mail, teams, meetings, etc. to keep everyone updated.
- Preferred: Solid understanding of digital marketing, ideally including hands-on experience for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
