About the Job
You will be a senior software engineer contributing to the life cycle of the core components of the Babylon system, from design to maintenance. Some example core components are the Babylon node and the relayers between Babylon and other blockchains such as Bitcoin and Cosmos chains.
About You
You are an experienced and crypto-native software engineer with intimate knowledge about blockchain consensus and security. You are passionate and ambitious about blockchain and want to make the maximum impact and get rewarded. You follow best practices in software development and have high work standards. You are open, responsible, and willing to help others.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, electrical engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, with mainnet launch experience
- 2+ years of experience with Cosmos module development
- Proficient in Go
- Familiar with applying CI/CD pipeline
- Fluent oral and written communication in English
- (preferred) experience in smart contract development (solidity, cosmwasm)
