Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Release Manager to oversee the coordination and management of SDx features and products throughout their development, testing, and operational readiness phases. This role involves strategic planning, defining objectives, ensuring key results, and enabling long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:

Release Coordination and Communication:
- Own and manage the overall release calendar, including requesting and planning.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding release schedules and updates.

Infrastructure Readiness:
- Ensure the infrastructure is ready for development, testing, production, hotfixes, and quality assurance.
- Design and build the necessary infrastructure and environments.

Tooling and Deployment:
- Develop and manage tools to assign software artifacts to release deployments.
- Oversee the deployment process from design to build stages.

Defect Management:
- Drive end-to-end defect management in line with defined quality gates.
- Test and revise processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.

SDx End-to-End CAB:
- Organize and host the SDx end-to-end Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Conduct final reviews and manage deployments.

Improvement and Risk Mitigation:
- Identify and implement improvement and risk mitigation measures across the infrastructure and processes.
- Ensure all value streams, including development, testing, production, hotfixes, and QA, are optimized.

Support Agile and DevOps:
- Promote and support agile methodologies and DevOps automation.
- Facilitate the decoupling of processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, focusing on project and release management.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
Preferred
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
