If you’re ready to apply your clinical expertise, knowledge of healthcare workflows, and problem-solving skills to positively impact our customers and advance our mission, then this position is for you!Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with product managers, architects, and engineers to craft logical data models.Establish guidelines for term normalization, drawing on your expertise in clinical informatics and familiarity with standard coding systems like SNOMED, LOINC, and RxNorm.Lead cross-disciplinary teams in key clinical informatics projects, focusing on enhancing data quality and delivering relevant data for customer research needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:Hold a Medical Doctor degree (M.D.) or possess equivalent healthcare education and experience within United States hospital settings.Previous experience in clinical informatics, health information technology, or related fields.Demonstrate a proactive approach and a drive for continuous improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to diverse audiences.Proven ability to collaborate effectively within fast-paced, dynamic teams.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, enabling you to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.Proficiency in common data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, and R.Familiarity with terminology systems including SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, and ICD.
